Wholesale Return & Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
As RIPHIP is a dedicated **B2B Wholesale Distributor**, we operate on thin margins to provide the best possible pricing to our retail partners. Therefore, our return policy is different from standard B2C retail platforms.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for "Change of Mind," sizing preferences, or unsold inventory.
2. Manufacturing Defects & Damages
We take immense pride in our quality control. However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we offer the following:
- **Claim Period**: Issues must be reported within **48 hours** of delivery.
- **Unboxing Video**: A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the defect is **mandatory** for all claims.
- **Resolution**: Upon verification, we will provide either a replacement of the same item or store credit for your next order.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match your order invoice (wrong size, color, or style), please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct items to be shipped at our expense.
4. Shipping Costs
- For verified defects/wrong items, RIPHIP will cover the return shipping costs.
- In all other cases, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
